About Us
The Western Australian School Business Professionals' Association Inc. (WASBPA) was established in 2024 as a result of the amalgamation of two long standing associations: the Western Australian Education Corporate Services Association (WAECSSA) and the Western Australian Manager Corporate Services in Education (WAMCSE). This strategic union was driven by the shared vision of creating a unified and powerful voice to advocate for and support corporate services staff in Western Australian public schools.
Our Formation and Purpose
WASBPA's formation marks a new chapter in the journey to empower and elevate the roles of corporate services professionals. By merging WAECSSA and WAMCSE, we have consolidated our strengths and resources to better serve our members. Our purpose is to provide voice, influence, connection and professional growth to the dynamic and highly skilled corporate services staff in Western Australian public schools. We aim to communicate vital information from stakeholders, inform policy discussions, request necessary resources, persuade decision-makers and build strong relationships that benefit our members and the broader educational community.
Our United Vision
The amalgamation of WAECSSA and WAMCSE into WASBPA represents a significant step forward in our ability to advocate for and support our members. By combining the expertise, experience and resources of both associations, WASBPA is uniquely positioned to provide comprehensive support across all areas of corporate services. Our united vision is to be the premier advocate and professional development provider for corporate services staff in Western Australian public schools. We strive to create a future where our members are recognised, respected and celebrated for their crucial contributions to the education system
